Returns

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error, such as a faulty or incorrect item).

Damaged or Faulty Items
